Our switch combines robustness and reliability with flexibility and ease of use. It can be used on submarines, ROVs, AUVs and any other application for use in harsh environments, when a high reliability grade is required, also for long-term deployment.
Standard version of the switch is pressure self-compensated (by the oil filled hose) and manufactured with the higher quality plastic polymer and stainless steel (316L), to reduce the overall weight but at the same time ensure a rugged and reliable design, in order to reduce maintenance and failures during the lifetime.
Switch has been provided of two led indicators, one green and one red, to permit a clear vision of the switch (or machine) status in any condition, when subsea for operative reason and during maintenance for safety reason.
Switch is provided of an additional safety feature having a locking system that permit user to lock the switch only in OFF position (this can be very useful during vehicles maintenance).
Switch has been qualified in pressure, electrically and for oil compatibility with the oils more used in the subsea world as Shell Tellus, Royal Purple and Panolin.
